“THIS HAPPY BREED” BY NOEL COWARD

   Manor Pavilion East Devon’s Award-Winning Theatre. Proving affordable entertainment for all with an exciting mix of plays, music, comedy, professional ballet, musicals and concerts. The venue is home to The Last Standing Weekly Repertory Season in the UK.

Sidmouth Amateur Dramatic Society present This Happy Breed by Noel Coward. The story of the Gibbens family and is one of Coward- plays to deal with entirely with domestic and suburban life. Tickets £11/£5.50 under 16’s call the box office 01395514413. Evenings at 7.45pm Sat Matinee at 2.30pm.

BASIC WOODWORKING SKILLS – PART 2

Practical, professional or purely for pleasure – come and learn boatbuilding or woodworking skills at the Boat Building Academy in Lyme Regis.

 Boat Building Academy Learn basic routing, wood bending and mitring by making a curved, dovetailed hardwood box and, depending on your speed, a mitred picture frame. Everything you make on the course is yours to take home. To join this course you should be practically minded with a little woodworking experience.
